Repeat orders for medication already prescribed, laboratory results or other reports that you would like to be informed about,

• can simply be requested by phone or email and then collected during our opening hours.

For your next appointment:

• Do you need more time than the usual quarter of an hour? Please let us know when you register.
• Please arrange a rescheduled appointment by telephone

Waiting time:

• We do our best to keep to the agreed appointments.
• Please ask at the registration desk if there is currently a longer waiting time, e.g. due to emergency treatment.
• In any case, please contact us if you have to wait longer than 20 minutes.

Moving house? Marriage? New health insurance company?

• Please use the time to check the data you have stored with us.
• Have you already agreed to the data protection regulations that have been mandatory since this year?
